- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates based on experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Georgia or compact state
- BLS Certification (required before first shift)
- ACLS Certification (required before first shift)
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Med/Surg setting (2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for Med/Surg patients
- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees
- Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record
- Initiate discharge planning and patient education from admission
- Communicate changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in unit team-building activities
- Maintain professional growth through continuing education and self-study
