Applicable to all States Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Department: Customer Service Position Summary: The Live Chat Support Specialist is responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat platforms. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services. The specialist will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. • Skills: • Proficiency in live chat software and customer support tools. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
