How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Delta Air Lines is seeking a Co-op to join the Schedule Analytics team in Network Planning. This Co-Op starts in Spring 2026 and will complete the following 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA.
- Spring 2026 – 1st rotation
- Fall 2026 – 2nd rotation
- Summer 2027 – 3rd rotation
- Assist the Schedule Analytics Team develop reporting for all NWP divisions.
- Maintain current Tableau dashboards to reflect changing constraints.
- Interpret and manipulate existing SAS, Alteryx and Python processes.
- Update Microsoft SharePoint access levels and provide limited user training of the First Proposed Schedule Comment period form and processes.
- Comfortably query company databases and communicate findings with department leaders.
- Willingness to listen and understand scheduling constraints, share ideas for possible resolution and construct intuitive reports which quantify, steer and communicate schedule levels.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
- At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
- Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027.
- This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op.
- Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work on multiple assignments with strict deadlines and function effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred majors in Business, Economics, Engineering, Aviation Management, or similar field of study.
- Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of basic functionality skills in Tableau, SAS, Python, SQL Developer, Alteryx and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous operational or airline experience is an advantage.
