IHCC is looking for our next office superstar!
ROSTERING & HR OFFICER
- Monday to Friday preferably 9am - 3pm.
- Gray Street, Ipswich.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administrative HR support; creating and sending contracts, managing staff compliance.
- Recruitment; shortlisting, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Daily rostering for over 60 team members; adding shifts, editing shifts, finding shift covers, updating rosters of care.
Preferred skills & experience:
- Experience as an HR Administrative Assistant and/or Rostering Officer or similar role.
- Experience with Shiftcare rostering platform.
- Knowledge of NDIS operations.
