Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff that live in the Southend area or neighbouring areas to join our dynamic outdoor cinema team. The ideal candidates will serve as the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Assist guests with our QR code food ordering system when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers.

Skills

• No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A polite and courteous demeanour.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use initiative
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
