About Us:

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Company Director in the smooth running of daily operations.

The Role:

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their time is managed efficiently and the business runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring discretion, initiative, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diary and email management for the Director

· Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

· Handling confidential documents and correspondence

· Liaising with clients and professional partners on behalf of the Director

· Assisting with compliance and regulatory documentation

· Supporting general office administration as needed

· Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements

· Helping to implement and improve administrative processes

· Completion of special projects

· Running occasional personal and business-related errands on behalf of the Director (e.g., collecting documents, purchasing supplies)

The Ideal Candidate:

· Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive information

· Knowledge of financial services or working within a regulated environment (desirable but not essential)
