Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with UK and international stakeholders, collaborating closely with hiring teams, legal departments, and external partners to streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Global Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in international recruitment, with a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and cross-border hiring processes.

Visa Sponsorship Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UK visa sponsorship procedures, including Tier 2 and Tier 5 visas, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse candidates and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexities in international recruitment and visa sponsorship.

Cultural Awareness: A keen understanding of cultural nuances and a global perspective to connect with candidates from various backgrounds.
