Eligibility Criteria

 Education in Any graduate / BE/B Tech/MCA/BSc/M Tech - with a Computer Science/Studies background.

 Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.

 Should be trained in BA (Business Analyst)

 Core Competency Requirements:

 Support senior BA to elicit & document requirements like PRD, URS, FRS, RTM and Impact Analysis etc

 • Support the development team for functional clarifications with help of seniors

 • Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents

 • Update URS, FRS & RTM to include the approved change requests

 • Update status periodically or when requested

Requirement

 • Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking

 • Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management

 • Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices"
