Position Overview

 Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and assisting travelers in their journey? If so, Delta Airlines is looking for you to join our team as a Work-from-Home Reservations Agent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and general inquiries.

 Providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

 Making flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

 Assisting customers with booking accommodations and car rentals, as well as providing information on travel-related services.

 Keeping up-to-date with Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills

 Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

 Excellent problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.

 Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a remote work environment.

 Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate reservation systems.

 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and transactions.

Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

 A quiet and distraction-free home office environment to provide a professional customer service experience.
