The Role: We're looking for a Sales-Focused Recruiter who’s passionate about finding and attracting top-performing SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers. You'll play a crucial role in fueling the growth of Jumper Media by building a consistent pipeline of mission-aligned, quota-ready sales talent. Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for SDRs, AEs, and AMs across the U.S.
  • Source, engage, and inspire candidates through outreach that reflects our mission
  • Lead screening and hiring conversations with heart, structure, and insight
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to forecast hiring needs and scale the team
  • Design a consistent, values-aligned interview and onboarding process
  • Track key hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies
  • Influence the culture and future direction of our sales organization
  • Contribute to onboarding and training processes that help new hires win fast

You Are:

  • A recruiter, sales builder, or people-first strategist who believes in the power of matching talent to purpose
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (preferably in sales or high-growth teams)
  • A strong communicator and active listener
  • Organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
  • You care about more than the resume — you look for grit, growth mindset, and passion
  • You love small businesses, entrepreneurship, or community-driven work
  • Bonus: You’ve hired for SDRs, AEs, or worked in sales yourself (you get it)
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and an expert in people skills.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Adaptable to change.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • - Experience at a high-growth start-up/company.
  • - Proven work experience in a SaaS environment.
  • - Solid knowledge of CRM software.
  • -Understanding of SEO or Marketing
