We are seeking a Product Manager who blends strong product thinking with a solid technical foundation and a growth-driven mindset. This role involves leading high-impact initiatives across core platform development, CPaaS integrations, and customer experience flows. The ideal candidate is not just a builder but a force multiplier—leveraging AI tools to accelerate every stage of the product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to validation, documentation, and experimentation. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct in-depth research on products, competitors, and market trends.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., v0.dev, Lovable, Replit) to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
• Create PRDs, wireframes, and documentation for Engineering and Design teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from 0→1 MVPs to iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing on GTM planning and release strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to integrate user feedback.
• Analyze API documentation to identify new opportunities with platforms like Shopify, Meta, CRMs, and CPaaS.
• Measure product performance using tools such as Mixpanel and GA4.
• Prioritize features using a data-driven and user-centric approach.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in business messaging and platform developments.
• Apply AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance productivity and workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
• Strong domain expertise in eCommerce, marketing automation, or CPaaS.
• Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering and iterating on complex products end-to-end.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create effective text and video-based tutorials/documentation.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with a focus on execution.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp Business APIs, and CPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Postman, Mixpanel, JIRA, and GA4.
• Prior exposure to AI/LLM applications in MarTech or customer experience.
• Comfortable operating in startup environments with a focus on experimentation and speed.
