Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Hotel Reservations: Handle inquiries, make bookings, and confirm room availability for our portfolio of hotels and travel partners.
  • Interact with Guests: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and alternatives when needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and various travel products and services to make informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reservations simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations, payments, and guest interactions.
  • Independent and Team Work: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and various travel products and services, with a passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
  • Age and Language Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and speak/read English fluently (bilingual a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
