The Role
As a Short Form Content Creator for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, you'll be responsible for creating engaging, viral content that resonates with our audience. You'll work closely with our team to develop content ideas, scripts, and storyboards that showcase the benefits of remote work and the struggles of job seekers. Your content will be entertaining, informative, and authentic, and will help build a movement for people who are done with commutes, cubicles, and fake remote jobs.
Key Responsibilities
* Create 3-7 short videos per week (flexible schedule, remote-friendly)
- Develop content ideas, scripts, and storyboards that showcase the benefits of remote work and the struggles of job seekers
- Use our hooks and ideas or come up with your own creative concepts
- Edit videos using CapCut, Reels, or TikTok's native tools
- Collaborate with our team to develop content strategies and plans
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on content ideas
Requirements
* Comfortable on camera (or with someone who is)
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, sounds, and story formats
- Ability to edit videos using CapCut, Reels, or TikTok's native tools
- Understanding of the struggles of job seekers (ghosting, layoff PTSD, resume stress)
- Strong point of view and good energy – whether you're a job seeker, recruiter, or just love calling out BS online
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
* Past experience in content, UGC, or a job hunt journey you can turn into content
- Funny, punchy, meme-savvy delivery
- Based in an English-speaking country
