Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and business operations to effectively support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, supply chain, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry expertise.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or equivalent job experience (1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Office 365, Dynamics) is preferred.
  • Distribution, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
