About the Role: What You'll Achieve

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our corporate fulfillment services. Your responsibilities will span a range of critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, from processing and mailing important documents to managing corporate records and supporting your colleagues in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Processing and Mailing: Accurately process and print letters and forms for various departments, preparing them for mailing.
• Fulfillment of Supply Orders: Efficiently fulfill supply requests from internal and external stakeholders, and manage outgoing mail and parcels using our designated software and equipment.
• Mail and Parcel Management: Sort and deliver incoming mail, parcels, and inter-office correspondence to the correct locations.
• Corporate Records Management: Order, prepare, index, and maintain corporate records using our online document storage software, Phish Machine, and the Automated Work Distributor software.
• Team Support: Assist team members with scanning, handling return mail, and operating inserter functions to meet our service standards.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
