Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Java/ColdFusion Developer to join our vibrant team. As a key member, you'll collaborate closely with our IT and development teams to guarantee seamless integration and peak performance of our systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining web applications, managing Oracle databases, and overseeing application deployment via Docker and Amazon ECS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain web applications using Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and associated technologies, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Manage Oracle databases hosted in RDS, ensuring data integrity, fortification, and optimal performance.
• Oversee application management and deployment via Docker and Amazon ECS, leveraging containerization and orchestration to streamline our development workflow.
• Seamlessly integrate our systems with diverse Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) using APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, devise solutions, and deliver top-notch software that meets the needs of our clients.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical glitches, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, providing a solid foundation in computer science principles and software development.
• Proficiency in Java and ColdFusion programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices.
• Robust experience in JavaScript and front-end development, with expertise in creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and RDS, including data modeling, database design, and query optimization.
