Do you have a knack for creating comprehensive, dynamic reports that empower data-driven decision-making? If so, we invite you to join our rapidly growing health and wellness company, "Group of Brands," as an experienced Data Analyst for E-Commerce Reporting and Business Intelligence.

About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and organize raw data from our e-commerce platform, merchant accounts, marketing initiatives, and other relevant sources.
  • Design and develop dynamic reports and dashboards in Data Studio or Power BI to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and optimize operations.
  • Oversee and instruct 2 Virtual Assistants (VAs) who will assist in filling in the reports you've built, based on a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) you've created.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, and continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed, and explore opportunities for automating reporting through integrations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Data Studio and/or Power BI, with the ability to build reports from scratch and structure data for effective visualization.
  • Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management, with the ability to query and manipulate data.
  • Understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs, such as customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and average order value.
  • Experience with Shopify, Sticky, Ultracart, and other e-commerce platforms.
