Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex, and disparate datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions rapidly
• Design and develop ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that pull data from multiple sources and unify it in one table
• Create data visualizations to monitor and evaluate the impact of changes and unique business challenges
• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on an occasional basis to establish credibility and collaborate on data-related projects
• Utilize scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting activities, such as screenshot creation, metrics prioritization, and exception recognition
• Document processes and share knowledge with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a subject matter expert

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from various tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity with a Client Experience platform to develop meaningful Scene Dashboards
• Business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with SQL and Scene
• Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
• Knowledge of supply chain infrastructure, ideally with transportation experience
