Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and academically strong individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of V3 Electric, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping us achieve our mission of making solar energy accessible to all. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Incoming Calls: Handle a high volume of customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Identify and assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools to address customer concerns.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, including difficult or escalated callers.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Work History: A strong work history with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Phone Contact Handling Skills: Excellent phone contact handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Customer Orientation: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to adapt to different types of customers and respond to their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solar Industry Experience: Experience working in the solar industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, customer service platforms, or other relevant technical tools.
