Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets
  • Manage and prioritize tasks independently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Communicate with customers in a kind, helpful, and professional manner, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure 7-day a week coverage, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Slack, and JIRA
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certifications or training in customer support, sales, or a related field
