About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning across digital media, including retail media, marketplaces, and marketing technology. You will collaborate with our team to project manage and gain exposure by building relationships with internal and external agency teams. Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the team on upcoming retail media projects
• Creating reporting documents to track progress and analyze results
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Attending meetings with vendors and internal partners to discuss project details and goals
• Participating in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership
• Helping support the audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with strategy projects as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Progress towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, work with a team, and meet deadlines while creating high-quality work
• High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation
• Knowledge of retail media and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Google Shopping)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• A paid internship program with a salary of $20/hour
• A 12-week program from May 19 to August 8, 2025
