Role Description

As our Enterprise Software Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives leads and sales for our software products. This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) remote role that offers a high degree of autonomy, so we're looking for experienced, self-motivated candidates from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives

• Structure and optimize our company website to improve user experience and drive conversions
• Write compelling copy for our website, social media, and marketing materials
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience
• Manage online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads
• Participate in conferences and events to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
• Produce high-quality explainer and promotional videos to showcase our software products
• Analyze marketing metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of experience in managing marketing for a technology company (or companies) with a proven track record of success

• Fluent English and excellent writing skills
• Sound understanding of online advertising and its various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

• Experience in video blogging and creating engaging content for social media
• Experience in managing corporate social media accounts and developing social media strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
