About the Role

As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting with prospective clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored policy recommendations. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and performance metrics, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and assessing clients' needs.
