Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and fast registration process
  • Performing the necessary steps to complete the guest checkout process
  • Assisting guests in resolving challenges encountered while staying at our hotel
  • Making appropriate selections of rooms and promoting hotel services to upgrade guest experiences
  • Coordinating guest room allocations and assigning team members to assist guests with their luggage
  • Providing a warm welcome packet upon arrival, including room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts
