Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Cycle Remote Engineering Recruiter – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of engineering roles across our organization
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external candidates
• Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in full cycle engineering recruitment

• Proven track record of successfully filling complex engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SuccessFactors, a recruitment management system

• Knowledge of web and cloud application development, including programming languages and technologies
• Certification in recruitment or a related field
