Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Special Education Teacher with VocoVision, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Providing high-quality instruction and support to students in a virtual learning environment
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and progress
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of student progress and performance
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Experienced Virtual Special Education Teacher with VocoVision, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Special Education
• Colorado Special Education Licensure (active)
• 2 years of experience in an onsite school district
• Virtual experience preferred but not required
• VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with students with diverse abilities and needs
• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
