Role Description We are seeking Experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors who take pride in their work, have a proven track record of professional residential cleaning, and can deliver high-quality results without training, supervision, or oversight. We are only interested in excellent, responsible, reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Contractors to join our network! Important – Independent Contractor Role

• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• As an Independent Contractor, you are not an employee of Integrated Cleaning Solutions.

This means:

• ⚠️ Residential House Cleaning Experience is REQUIRED — No Exceptions
• This role is for experienced professional residential cleaners only.
• Applicants must be able to clean occupied homes to a professional standard without training, supervision, or oversight.
• If you do not have at least 1 year of professional house cleaning experience (as a cleaning professional, in occupied homes - commercial, janitorial, hospitality, or custodial work alone does NOT meet this requirement. If you do not have Professional Residential Cleaning experience and references, please do not apply.
• You determine your own methods and work style to complete each job to client standards.
• You supply your own transportation, tools, and equipment.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and record-keeping.
• You have the freedom to accept or decline work offered to you in advance, but once accepted, you are expected to complete it as agreed.
• This position does not include employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed hours.

Note: The right candidate, with proven skills and results, may have the opportunity to transition to a W-2 position with leadership and advancement potential. Key Highlights:

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional residential cleaning experience required — must have worked for a cleaning company or as a self-employed cleaner in occupied homes
• Skilled in cleaning to professional standards, including knowing which products and tools to use on each surface
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Is detail-oriented, dependable, efficient, and friendly with clients
• Problem-solving skills and commitment to high-quality work
• Maintains a clean record, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
• Available to work at least 2–3 weekdays and occasionally a weekend day
• Owns tools/equipment preferred (can purchase or rent if not already owned)
• Liability insurance preferred (if not, must be added to our policy and pay your share — approx. $10/week)

Education & Other Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required vehicle insurance (proof required)

Physical Requirements: This role involves physical work, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
• Moving between multiple job sites during the day
