Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our center, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting math tutoring. You will also assist with sales, data entry, and digital marketing tasks. If you have prior experience in customer service, sales, and operations, and a strong foundation in math, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Positively interact with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering inquiries.
• Sales Outreach: Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, and lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program.
• Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities.
• Student Assessments: Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews.
• Digital Marketing: Assist with digital marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels.
• Administrative Support: Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching.
• Math Competency: Strong foundational math skills till Algebra.
• Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• PC and MS Office Skills: Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Availability: Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching or Tutoring Experience: Experience teaching or working with students.
• Digital Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
