Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of United Airlines, you'll interact with our domestic and international customers, providing exceptional service, and crafting meaningful connections that make their travel experiences memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner, providing exceptional service and crafting memorable experiences that build customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stepping up and watching for customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, especially when we've inconvenienced a customer.
  • Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring we maintain the highest standards and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Navigate challenges through being resilient, adaptable, and composed, managing issues while remaining empathetic and professional.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
  • Greet customers as they begin and end their journey, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist customers with ticketing, baggage, and other travel-related issues, providing solutions and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally authorized to work in America without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of airline operations, travel industry, or customer service principles.
