Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting our pharmacy operations, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage with customers and patients, greet them, and provide assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries to ensure a superb customer experience.
• Pharmacy Operations: Assist pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, retrieving patient information, and performing various pharmacy-related duties.
• Sales and Promotions: Recommend items for sale to customers, promote products, and suggest alternative or complementary items.
• Cash Handling and Inventory: Register customer purchases, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Store Maintenance: Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning, stocking shelves, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy-related education or training preferred.
• Certification: Percent certification via the specific percent education program and/or state-required certification/registration.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field; experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
