Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Operations Research - Data Science professional to join our team. As an IT Operations Research - Data Science professional, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business value. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $24/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Query airline data from multiple sources and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Develop Python scripts and build models to predict behaviors and recommend airline operations.
• Work independently and collaboratively with teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal reports.
• Provide an overview of your work to Operations Research and Business leaders at the end of the project.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Data Analysis/Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and completion of at least 2 years in a school program.
• Python and SQL programming skills and experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and security, with a focus on self and others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and AI model development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to process large amounts of data.
• Willingness to learn administrative methods and best practices in critical thinking and problem-solving.
