Job Summary

• Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global armada of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC).
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, and presentations.
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling data collections utilizing SQL.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management.
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling data collections utilizing SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles.
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to drive impact and work toward shared goals.
• Excellent analytical, data visualization, and decision-making skills.
