Job Summary

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our ground operations and customer experience teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Ground Operations

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Ground Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Participating in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience

Sales Operations

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting
  • Creating and distributing communications and security updates to Southwest Business Group and Clients
  • Providing customer service to Southwest Business Group and Clients by responding to and managing customer and sales inquiries using CRM tools
  • Assisting in creating and delivering onboarding and training materials for the team
  • Participating in ad-hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a related field (e.g., operations, customer service, sales)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
