Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to address customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Utilize our automated retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and reservations
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and baggage handling
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write incident and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any field

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of flights
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and adhere to the Ground Service Representative Handbook and Work Rules
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to convey information and instructions verbally or through radio equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with automated retail location frameworks and customer service software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
