Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing direct support to GE Appliances Owners, focusing on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding product information, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing resolution through sales, service, referrals, and concessions
  • Maintaining a high degree of concentration and attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective issue resolution
  • Utilizing web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to promote brand loyalty and maintain professional interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Acting with integrity and seeking leadership guidance when necessary
  • Providing limited support to Non-GE Appliance branded appliance owners

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • A strong understanding of processes and procedures, with the ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions for escalated owner matters
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • The ability to work effectively from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
  • A high degree of concentration and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional interactions and promote brand loyalty

Preferred qualifications include:
