We're a dynamic team within a global digital organization that reports directly to the Global Executive Team. Our focus is on launching cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of health, nutrition, and technology, driving value-added services across all engagement channels. We're dedicated to innovating and creating digital solutions, such as mobile health apps, Gen AI chatbots, and integrations into branded websites, that enhance consumer experiences and improve health outcomes.

Innovation Manager - Digital Health Solutions: Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to lead strategic projects in digital health across our portfolio of brands, categories, and geographies. As a key member of our Digital Health Unit, you'll play a leading role in driving growth through technology and nutrition, from opportunity identification to development and commercialization of branded apps, platforms, and integrations with ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple strategic projects in digital health and wellness, focused on improving customer engagement and health outcomes across various therapeutic areas and geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and steering committees to develop project scope, deliverables, resources, workplans, and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from idea to commercial execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You'll have full ownership of project KPIs.
• Identify and partner with valuable ecosystem partners to accelerate time-to-market, working closely with business, legal, and other functions to contract and negotiate agreements.
• Ensure proper project governance, leading workstream meetings and providing concise business updates to leadership. You'll analyze, evaluate, and communicate risks, developing strategies to overcome them.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with a proven track record of success.
• 2+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving clients in tech and healthcare industries, or in a product management role with a health tech company.
• Experience with launching and operating digital nutrition services or wellness platforms.
• Proven ability to oversee complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Data-driven approach to product development and commercialization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Additional training in product and program management.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position is $122,491 - $153,114. Our total rewards package is designed to attract and retain top talent, and we offer a range of benefits that support our employees' overall wellbeing.
