We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist Assistant to work remotely, supporting our in-house transcription team in managing outsourced transcription projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring job progress, ensuring quality assurance, and troubleshooting issues with our transcription application. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor QA jobs for accuracy, ensuring high-quality patient records and adherence to medicolegal standards.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the medicolegal implications and responsibilities related to transcription, protecting patient confidentiality and facility integrity.
• Operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment as directed to complete assignments efficiently.
• Assist and troubleshoot issues with the Transcription Application for providers, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our transcription team.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma; an associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Medical Transcription or knowledge of electronic medical records; previous experience in a medical transcription setting is highly valued.
• Advanced computer literacy with computer software applications; proficiency in transcription software and equipment is a plus.
