Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
