Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Delta policies and procedures, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
