Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving their issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Recommend products and services to customers, provide product information, and promote sales.
  • Operations and Cash Handling: Register sales, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and complete required training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail Experience: Six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous Work Experience: Previous work experience with Wayfair or a similar company.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
