Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to provide data-driven insights and strategic solutions to drive business growth and inform key decision-making. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses, developing key insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders and leadership. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain scalable self-service tools and dashboards, and mentor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain scalable self-service tools and dashboards to enable cross-functional teams to access data and identify key insights
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify areas of opportunity, define and implement tracking plans, and influence prioritization decisions with data
• Mentor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and leadership through clear and compelling presentations and reports
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive solutions

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or advertising
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
• Strong technical skills, with experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overall strategy
• Proficient in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python and Git
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
