Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
  • Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone, ensuring that every customer receives the help they need.
  • Collaborating with your teammates to ensure seamless customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a stable work history and a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles.
  • A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages, when our customers count on us.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
