Role and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients' medical conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve clinical goals
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program
• Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice
• Have experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings (not required but preferred)
• Be certified as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) (not required but preferred)
