About the Role

As a Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Systems, you'll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), as well as serving as a key liaison between our IT and Application Development teams. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office, to coordinate, analyze, and implement infrastructure upgrades that support our distribution centers. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related issues and enhancements, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors to resolve data handling issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity and minimize data loss.
• Troubleshoot issues with data processing equipment, including printers and terminals, to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design and configuration to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange.
• Implement future software releases and upgrades to stay ahead of the curve and drive business innovation.
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into stock levels and usage.
• Supervise non-exempt staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and availability, working proactively to identify and resolve issues before they impact end-users.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into WMS performance and drive business decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years of IT experience, with a focus on Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
• 2+ years of experience working in a distribution environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS-Excel, Access, Project, and MS-Word, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
