  • Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Providing exceptional customer care by responding to account inquiries in a prompt, organized, and client-centric manner
  • Reporting essential account data in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the highest level of integrity, complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer support experience, with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online setting
