Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service professional to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems and databases, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, and contributing to the efficient operation of our remote team. Key Responsibilities

    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data entry procedures and guidelines
  • Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exemplary service. This includes:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
    • Providing product or service information to customers
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions, preparing and sending out reports as required. This includes:
    • Updating customer records and databases
    • Generating reports on customer interactions and transactions
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer communications
  • Quality Assurance: Review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. This includes:
    • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness
    • Correcting errors or discrepancies in data entry
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data entry procedures and guidelines
  • Adaptability: Be ready to handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the efficient operation of our remote team. This includes:

Essential Qualifications

  • Data Entry Proficiency: You must have strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
