Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to support strategic planning and operational excellence in our Retail Pharmacy Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, and Regulatory Affairs, to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to achieve our business objectives and create a better experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, summarize, and analyze data to support strategic planning and operational excellence in Retail Pharmacy Operations

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise techniques and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations
  • Provide complex analysis of corresponding data to build a business case for device and operational method changes, enhancements, and improvements
  • Serve as an operational liaison for various initiatives to drive challenge execution and communicate relevant challenge records to stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, make unique recommendations, and provide data pertaining to proposed applications to satisfy the business and strategic dreams of Pharmacy and Retail Operations and the Company
  • Manage complex ad-hoc initiatives and analyses as needed
  • Plan, design, and deploy suitable reviews and tools
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to expand operational solutions
  • Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business Analysts

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions

  • At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and challenges
  • Experience in communicating the impact of business analysis results on business leaders
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, inserting borders, inserting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, inserting headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, inserting a picture, converting slide format and template colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree or MBA

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Retail Pharmacy experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail pharmacy operations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
