Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Processor – Customer Service and Business Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, customer service, and business processing. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, respond to client inquiries, and find innovative solutions to complex problems. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements

  • Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classify documents based on client's requirements
  • Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Comply with company policies and standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Ability to pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail; must translate information effectively and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or business processing

  • Knowledge of MEDI and other data entry software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
