Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Operations Manager to join our global customer service and quality assurance team. As a key leader in this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing worldwide frameworks, processes, and systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Design and Implementation of Global Frameworks and Processes Develop and implement worldwide frameworks, processes, and systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leadership and Team Management Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Performance Management and Development Manage performance, develop talent, and foster a culture of excellence within our organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
  • Education Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, operations management, supply chain management).
  • Experience 5+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies Proven experience in driving execution, managing cross-functional teams, and developing strategic plans.
  • Certifications Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications (e.g., FedEx QDM Master).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Education Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, operations management, supply chain management).
  • Experience 7+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies Proven experience in driving change management, developing digital capabilities, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications Lithe, PMP, or similar accreditation.
