Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
- Handle a broad range of personal tasks on behalf of clients, including making reservations, shopping, event planning, travel assistance, and more
- Research options, call vendors and businesses, and make purchases on behalf of clients
- Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to efficiently manage tasks and client interactions
- Demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded when required
- Manage competing priorities, structuring and prioritizing workload effectively to meet client needs
- Collaborate with the team to drive business success and contribute to the development of the company's mission
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- Legal age of employment (at least 18 years old)
- Reliable and robust internet connection
